Aerobics with Carol

Take one hour from your day and workout to good music! Carol Ganss will lead you in low to medium impact aerobics — including cardio activity, Pilates with stability ball, abdominal exercises and feel-good stretches!


Power Volleyball

If you enjoy a competitive game of volleyball, join this group of men and women every Wednesday.



Zumba is a dance fitness program which incorporates dance and aerobics, may include hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and other dance and aerobics moves including squats and lunges.


Paddle Ball

Join this fun group of women as they sweat it out over Paddle ball—a game played over a low net with four to five players to a side.
