Sport Stacking

Sport stacking is a sport where athletes stack cups up and down in set patterns as fast as possible. It has been shown to improve coordination, ambidexterity, reaction time and focus. Stackers learn and practice the 3 competition stacks and play active games like Battlestacks and Giant Cuponk.  New this year, stackers can also learn speedcubing and kendama.   Concordia Turners hosts 3 tournaments a year, which is more than any other club in the country! The Concordia Stackers hold many Missouri state records and Coach Lisa holds 9 US records. Four Team USA members train at Concordia and all 5 Concordia Stackers who went to this year's AAU Junior Olympic Sport Stacking Championships in Houston earned gold medals!

  Sport Stacking Competition

Stackers should come to class wearing comfortable clothes and sneakers. Supplies are provided for all participants during class. Stackers wanting to compete in tournaments are encouraged to purchase their own equipment for home practice and competitions. These supplies can be purchased from the Concordia store in the lobby as well as online.
